Do I need a large workspace?

Can everyone earn $50–$100 per hour?
Everyone can but not everyone will. That was my personal experience, not a guarantee. Earnings depend on skill, speed, quality, pricing, demand, location, expenses, and the type of work you choose to offer.
Do I need a license?
For manufacturing only, you need a business structure but not a cosmetology license. Additional requirements vary by location and by the services you offer. Always check your local rules before accepting clients or operating a business.
